3 Ways To Save Your Energy For The Important Things In Life

Your energy is limited, don’t give it away

When I begin my day, bright and early in the morning, I’m full of energy and ready to take on the world (or at least my little corner of it). But as the day wears on, each decision I have to make, every situation I need to diffuse, every choice I am confronted with steals a little bit of my energy until I am drained.

You and I have a limited amount of energy to work with each day. When it is gone, it’s challenging to continue to make smart choices regarding our work, our health, even our leisure activities.

When you think about it, you’re a little like a cell phone: fully charged in the morning, then drained throughout the day until you cannot stream a video or send a text.

Of course, it would be ideal if you could conserve some of your energy so you could make it from morning to night without having to pull out the charger. But all too often, that doesn’t happen. So just like there are options you can use to conserve your phone’s battery, you can use options to save your energy as well. Which means you’ll have it available when you need it throughout the day.
