The 3 Things Recording 250 Episodes of a Podcast Has Taught Me

What lasts 6–8 minutes, is filled with great ideas and even more laughs, and is celebrating a big-league milestone today? The Faster, Easier, Better Show podcast, which I co-host.

Today, the 250th episode went live. We have successfully recorded, edited, and released a new episode every Monday morning for nearly 5 years.

Our podcast features short, 6 to 8-minute episodes where we give you tools and strategies you can start using right away to conquer efficiency and productivity issues that show up in your life.

What podcasting teaches us
Along the way to 250 episodes, we experienced firsthand 3 smack-you-on-the-head-and-learn lessons.
