I’m going to go out on a (very short) limb and say you’re probably not surprised by what distracts you every day. Like so many things in life, most of your distractions are the same thing day in and day out.
Sure, there are times when the unexpected happens, like a client calls needing immediate attention, a power outage brings everything to a grinding halt, or your computer takes on a mind of its own and begins updating just when you need to finish a project.
